Media Advisory: City launches BIXI Toronto’s membership campaign
  
The BIXI Toronto Bash is being held on July 28, to kick off the membership campaign for BIXI Toronto, the company that will operate Toronto’s proposed public bike system. Several community leaders in the city will be attending the event to make the founding pledges for BIXI Toronto. As one of the milestones to ensure the launch of this public bicycle system, 1,000 pledges of $95 must be collected before November 30. This event is open to the public and a pledge of $95 provides a 12-month membership.
