East Don Trail celebration
The City is distributing this federal government media advisory, in English and French, in co-operation with the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities. An event will be held this Saturday to celebrate the completion of the $2.1 million East Don Trail Project. The fully accessible two-km trail runs along the East Don River from Milne Hollow south to Wynford Heights and west to Moccasin Trail Park.

Members of the media are invited to attend an important infrastructure event. Joe Daniel, Member of Parliament for Don Valley East, on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, and Norm Kelly, Chair of the Toronto Parks and Environment Committee and City Councillor Ward 40 Scarborough-Agincourt, will be in attendance.
