City of Toronto to celebrate cricket at Gracedale Park on Saturday
  
Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti (Ward 7 York West) and City of Toronto staff will celebrate the completion of a practice cricket cage, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday. Councillor Mammoliti will deliver the ceremonial first cricket ball.

Date: Saturday, October 20
Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; remarks at noon
Location: Gracedale Park, 176 Gracedale Blvd. (at Duncan Woods Drive)

The Emery Village Cricket League, the first official cricket league in Ward 7, will provide cricket demonstrations.

Visitors to the park on Saturday will also see the recently renovated splash pad that will be available for use at the start of next summer.
