Media Availability for Councillor Minnan-Wong, PWI Chair: Solid Waste Management Services Staff Report on Garbage Collection Request for Quotations
  
Councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong (Ward 34 Don Valley East), Public Works and Infrastructure (PWI) Committee Chair, will speak briefly about the April 26 PWI staff report recommending the competitive bid process for contracting out selective garbage collection services.

Media Technical Briefing on Staff Report Recommending
Competitive Bid Process for Contracting Out Options

Geoff Rathbone, General Manager, Solid Waste Management Services, will provide a technical briefing to media on the report entitled Solid Waste Management Services Garbage Collection Request for Quotations. Geoff will be joined by Bruce Anderson, Executive Director, Human Resources. The report’s recommendations will be presented to the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee on April 26, 2011.
