Summerlicious 2011 offers the first taste of summer at Luma Restaurant
  
Councillor Michael Thompson (Ward 37 Scarborough Centre), Chair of the Economic Development Committee, together with Jason Bangerter, Executive Chef of Luma Restaurant and Leslie Tan, Senior Marketing Manager, Platform Programs, American Express will launch the ninth edition of Summerlicious with a sneak peek menu.

Date: Thursday, July 7
Time: 9:45 to 10:30 a.m. Remarks will be followed by a photo opportunity and menu sampling from Luma's first Summerlicious menu.
Location: Luma Restaurant, TIFF Lightbox, 330 King St. W., 2nd Floor

The 2011 edition of Summerlicious presented by American Express offers diners unique value-priced three-course prix-fixe meals at 150 of Toronto's top restaurants. Produced by the City of Toronto since 2003, Winterlicious and Summerlicious have generated more than $127 million in direct spending through 2.9 million meals served at participating Toronto restaurants and garnered significant national exposure for Toronto's culinary industry.
