Toronto businesses recognized with Bicycle Friendly Business Awards
Six local businesses were honoured last night as recipients of the City of Toronto's 2011 Bicycle Friendly Business Awards.

The presentation, held at the Gladstone Hotel, recognized businesses and organizations that encourage employees and customers to cycle. By doing so, these businesses are helping to promote cycling as a sustainable form of transportation in the city.

The following businesses and organizations were recognized for their bicycle friendliness:
Best Bike Parking Award: Terrazza
Bicycle-Friendliest Suburban Business Award: Z&M Cycle and Fitness
Best Small Business Award: Dufflet Bakery
Best Large Business Award: Ontario Medical Association
Best Skills Development Award: Bike Pirates
Best Overall Award: Wiedman Communications
