Councillor Joe Mihevc (Ward 21 St. Paul’s), the Toronto Cyclists Union and City of Toronto staff will demonstrate and teach participants safe cycling skills. All participants are invited to take part in bicycle decorating and bike-part mobile making.

Date: Sunday, June 26
Time: 1 to 3 p.m.
Location: Wychwood Barns, Wychwood Barns Park, 601 Christie St.

In a fun bike rodeo at the event, participants ages eight to 13 will ride through five interactive information stations and learn how to ride safely, including:
• bicycle safety check
• straight riding and stopping
• turning and signalling
• braking and gearing, and
• cycling through a still-testing obstacle course.

This free event will take place rain or shine. Registration will take place as participants arrive at the park.
