City to celebrate 30th anniversary of Scarborough Village Community Centre

Councillor Gary Crawford (Ward 36 Scarborough Southwest) and City of Toronto staff will join members of the community to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Scarborough Village Community Centre with a cake cutting and plaque unveiling ceremony.

Date: Saturday, June 4
Time: 12 to 3 p.m., Remarks: 1 p.m.
Location: Scarborough Village Community Centre, 3600 Kingston Rd.

Representatives from Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation, Theatre Scarborough, Scarborough Village Seniors, Scarborough Village Youth, Toronto Police Services, Toronto Public Health and Action for Neighbourhood Change (ANC) will be on hand at the Scarborough Village Community Centre to offer program and community information.
