The event, taking place in the CNE grounds courtyard west of the Food Building on the south side of Manitoba Drive, will showcase the skills and equipment of paramedics and emergency medical dispatchers when responding to 911 calls for help.

In addition to the City of Toronto's EMS team, participants will include Emergency Medical Services representatives from Durham, Gray, Halton, Hamilton, Kawartha Lakes, Peel, Simcoe and York Regions.

Highlights for visitors

- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) instruction and demonstrations
- Children's play area with toys, games and colouring tables, where children will learn what to expect and what to do if they encounter a medical emergency
- EMS trivia game to help educate participants on basic procedures for medical emergencies
