City of Toronto to celebrate new playground at Victoria Memorial Square
Councillor Adam Vaughan (Ward 20 Trinity-Spadina) and City of Toronto staff will join members of the community to celebrate new playground equipment at Victoria Memorial Square with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Date: Thursday, October 31
Time: 4 to 5 p.m.
Location: Victoria Memorial Square, 10 Niagara St.

This event will involve a Halloween-themed community celebration at the new playground.
