Water safety awareness
  
Toronto Public Health and Parks, Forestry and Recreation are hosting a water safety event tomorrow to raise awareness about lifesaving and drowning prevention. This will also be an opportunity to promote the City's Blue Flag designation. Photo and interview opportunities will be available with Toronto's Medical Officer of Health, Dr. David McKeown, Toronto Police Marine Unit, Environmental Defence and Parks, Forestry and Recreation. The Waterfowl Management program's working dogs will also be available.

Location: Woodbine Beach (foot of Northern Dancer Blvd. and Lakeshore Blvd. East by the Woodbine Bathing Station)
