Media Advisory - Chief Planner to kick off City Planning pop-ups
  
Media are invited to attend the official launch of "Planners in Public Spaces," a City Planning month-long outreach initiative, where City planners will engage with residents beyond the walls of City Hall.

Date: Tuesday, August 20
Time: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Chief Planner Jennifer Keesmaat available from noon to 2 p.m.)
Location: Nathan Phillips Square (in front of the main stage), 100 Queen St. W.

The City has partnered with the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, Cold Stone Creamery, and the Downtown Yonge BIA for the kick-off event. City staff and members of the public, along with LEGOLAND's Junior Construction Team will construct a LEGO city.
