City of Toronto to welcome international students at Pearson International Airport
Councillor Chin Lee (Ward 41 Scarborough-Rouge River) will be joined by program sponsor representatives to launch the City's third annual International Students Airport Welcome program.

Date: Thursday, August 15
Time: 2 to 2:40 p.m. (remarks at 2:10 p.m.)
Location: Pearson International Airport, Terminal 1 International Arrivals area

The International Students Airport Welcome program is a City of Toronto initiative, in partnership with 25 post-secondary institutions, which features information booths at the International Arrivals areas of Terminals 1 and 3 to greet and assist international students as they arrive from 123 countries.

The program will operate daily until September 8 and is sponsored by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities; CIBC; Rogers Communications; the Greater Toronto Airports Authority; and Tim Hortons.
