Singing contest to launch City of Toronto's United Way employee campaign
The City of Toronto will launch its annual employee fundraising drive for the United Way of Toronto by announcing its fundraising goal and holding a singing competition on Nathan Phillips Square tomorrow.

Date: Tuesday, September 10
Time: noon to 2 p.m.
Location: Nathan Phillips Square, 100 Queen St. W.

To highlight the broad reach of municipal employees, a singing contest will feature singers from five municipal sector organizations: the City of Toronto, Toronto Hydro, Toronto Community Housing, Toronto Police Services and Toronto Transit Commission. Local personality Enza Anderson will host the competition. Judges will include G-98.7 FM morning hosts Mark and Jem and former contest winner Shelly Costa.
