Bruce Mau speaks at spring launch gala
  
Almost 400 people are expected to gather at the Liberty Grand on Monday, May
27, for the official launch of the Toronto Parks and Trees Foundation that was
formed to create and improve public green space and protect natural areas.

The event will be hosted by Councillor Joe Pantalone, the City's Tree Advocate,
and will feature music by David Warrack and members of the Canadian Pops
Orchestra. The keynote address will be given by Bruce Mau, powerpoint
presentation by George Dark and a silent auction will be held.


Date: Monday, May 27
Time:
Cocktails at 6 p.m.
Dinner at 7 p.m.
Keynote address at 8:30 p.m.
Place: Liberty Grand at Exhibition Place
