Media Advisory: Home for the aged resident stories offer living history
Cummer Lodge, a Toronto Home for the Aged, will host a launch for
"Forget-Me-Not," a new publication that profiles the stories and the living
history of many of its residents. Vignettes in this book range from flying a
bomber in World War II to sharing the ice with the Conacher hockey family to
using a smudge pot to keep the mosquitoes at bay.

Staff and volunteers who helped create this project, along with many of the
residents who provided the living history, will be available for interviews
following the launch.

Date: Monday, March 18

Time: 2 p.m.

Location: Cummer Lodge Home for the Aged
205 Cummer Ave.
