Update on Special Events in the City of Toronto during Labour Disruption
  
Events supported by minimal City resources that will proceed in the coming week:
  • Molson Indy and related events (July 5-7, various locations)
  • Greektown on the Danforth 3rd Annual Sounds of the Danforth (July 6 & 7 , Danforth between Hampton and Dewhurst)
  • Corso Italia (July 12-14, St. Clair Ave West between Westmount and Lansdowne)
  • Canada Running Series (July 19, The Docks)
  • Bloor West Village Festival (July 19-20, Bloor West Village BIA)
  • York Caribbean Carnival - Junior Carnival (July 21, Eglinton between Chamberlain and Marless)
  • Honest Ed's Birthday Party (July 21, Markham St. from Lennox to Bloor St. West)


Events which have no City involvement and are proceeding:
  • Rhythms of the World (Harbourfront Centre)
  • Farmers' Market (Roy's Square)
  • Fringe Theatre Festival (July 3 - 14, Annex Area)
  • Labatt Blues Festival (July 5-7, Harbourfront Centre)
  • Bay Boat Tour II (July 14, Queen's Way West Terminal and York St.)
  • Waterfront Canoe Tour (July 16, 283 Queen's Quay West)
  • Toronto Fiesta (July 19-21, St. Clair Avenue)


Events which are cancelled in the coming week
  • Celebrate Toronto Street Festival
  • All events on Nathan Phillips Square, Mel Lastman Square, Albert Campbell Square and other civic squares, including the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition.
  • All events on the Toronto Islands
  • All games at Centennial Park (except Korean Soccer Tournament, July 6-7)
