Photo Opportunity: Green Bin Organics Program hits the streets
  
Date: Tuesday, September 17
Time: 10 a.m.
Place: Allanhurst Drive and Royal York Road, Etobicoke
(one block south of southwest corner of Royal York Road and Eglinton Avenue)

The City of Toronto will demonstrate its latest diversion initiative, the Green
Bin Program, which adds organics collection to the current available garbage,
recycling and yard waste collection service to 70,000 single family households
in the Etobicoke community.

Photographers and TV cameras may follow the truck as it makes its first
collection.

Several City Councillors will be present to kick off the program.
