City thanks Road and Trail Safety Ambassadors
  
Chair of the Toronto Cycling Committee, Councillor Olivia Chow (Ward 20,
Trinity-Spadina) will extend thanks and show appreciation to the Road and Trail
Safety Ambassadors in recognition of their dedication this summer.

Date: Tuesday, August 27
Time: 11 a.m.
Location: Nathan Phillips Square, City Hall, 100 Queen St. W. (at Bay
Street)

Results of a four-year study on cyclist behaviour will also be announced.
Entertainment and refreshments will be provided.

This event and the Road and Trail Safety Ambassador program is sponsored by TD
Canada Trust, Friends of the Environment Foundation, Bell Sports, Mountain
Equipment Co-op, Eurotex, McBride Cycle and Norco.

The Road and Trail Safety Ambassador program is a City initiative that provides
safety information and raises environmental awareness among road and trail
users.
