Toronto City Summit launch
Mayor Mel Lastman and Toronto City Summit co-chairs, John Tory, Frances Lankin,
Elyse Allan and David Crombie will hold a news conference to launch the Toronto
City Summit, June 25-26.

The news conference will be followed by a walking tour of a University of
Toronto urban infrastructure project.

Date: Wednesday, June 19
Time: 1 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. - U of T walking tour
Location: University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, 105 St.
George St.

Accredited media are asked to arrive, starting at noon, to pick up media passes
for the week-long events. Unaccredited media wishing to cover the City Summit
must provide proof of employment with a recognized media organization. If you
haven't already done so, e-mail for accreditation.

Various tours and events prior to the official City Summit will be available to
accredited media - details are attached.
