the PTP program, you must pay the current tax bill you just received and submit
your PTP application with your void cheque. Applications for the PTP program
will also be accepted by mail or can be delivered to one of our offices.

The last three of six payments for the regular installment plan and the six
installment - Pre-Authorized Tax Payment plan are due: July 2, August 1, and
September 3, 2002. For those on the 11 month pre-authorized plan, the
withdrawal date is the 15th of every month or the nearest business day
thereafter.
