City of Toronto Begins Clean up at Trinity-Bellwoods Park
A private sector contractor firm hired by the City of Toronto began to remove
illegally dumped garbage from Trinity-Bellwoods Park shortly after 4:30 p.m.

Three packers, which are trucks that compact garbage each with a two-person
crew, assisted by City management staff are performing the work.

The City's goal is to complete the clean up at Trinity-Bellwoods Park today.
Similar clean ups will be done at the Ingram Road and Victoria Park transfer
stations over the weekend.

All three clean ups comply with the orders issued earlier today by Toronto
Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Sheela Basrur.
