Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity: The Honourable James Bartleman dedicates affordable housing
The Honourable James Bartleman, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will join
Member of Parliament Maria Minna, representing David Collenette, Minister of
Transport and Minister responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation,
and City of Toronto Councillor Sandra Bussin at the dedication of AMIK, an
innovative 74-unit affordable housing development opening in Toronto's east end.

The ceremony will include a drum performance by the Odeminkwe Singers and the
Eagle Heart Singers. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will celebrate the
partnerships between Frontiers Foundation, an Aboriginal-focused housing
provider, the City of Toronto and the governments
of Canada and Ontario.
