Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity: Toronto Seniors' Advocate to launch major progress report
  
On Thursday, November 7, Councillor Anne Johnston (Ward 16 Eglinton-Lawrence),
Toronto's Seniors' Advocate, will launch the report "Rebuilding Respect: A
Progress Report for Seniors." This report will review the City's progress in
meeting the recommendations made in 1999 by the Seniors' Task Force. The report
will highlight some successes, some notable failures, and also the challenges
the City must face in the future if it is to continue to make Toronto a "city
for all ages."

Councillor Johnston and members of the Toronto Seniors' Assembly will add
comments at the launch and will be available for interviews following the
announcement.
