City of Toronto presents the 2003 Trillium Garden Awards
  
Parks and Recreation --- The 2003 Trillium Garden awards were presented on
September 18, 2003. Twenty-three gardeners received recognition of their
outstanding residential, commercial and environmental garden displays.

Gardens were judged on their general appearance, cleanliness and neatness.
Design was evaluated by the creativity shown and the choice and layout of
plants. Gardens were also judged by the overall impact they have on the
beautification of the neighbourhood.
