Media Advisory: Toronto Public Health to begin larviciding program
  
Toronto Public Health will begin its larviciding program on Wednesday, June 25,
2003. This program is designed to reduce the mosquito population and therefore
reduce health risks from West Nile Virus.

Councillor Joe Mihevc, Chair of the Board of Health, and Dan Kartzalis,
Manager, West Nile Virus Program, will be available to answer questions.

Date: Wednesday, June 25, 2003

Time: 1 p.m.

Location: South side of Dundas Square (street) catch basin
(Between Yonge Street and Victoria Street)

Attention Photo Editors: This event is an opportunity to photograph the
placement of larvicide pellets into a City catch basin.
