Media Advisory: Rainbow flag raising for Pride Week
  
Councillor Kyle Rae, representing Mayor Mel Lastman and Toronto City Council,
will be joined by Pride co-chairs Kyle Knoeck and Ayshe Turak in raising the
rainbow flag and proclaiming June 23 to 29 Pride Week.

Time: 12:45 p.m.
Location: Podium roof, City Hall

Pride Week is a week-long cultural festival for Toronto's Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual, Transgender, Two Spirited and Transsexual community. This is the 22nd
annual celebration of Toronto's strong, vibrant and proud community - the third
largest in North America. The traditional Pride Parade is on Sunday, June 29.
