Urban Development Services, West District staff relocate
Urban Development Services (UDS) staff in the West District have moved to the
former Etobicoke Hydro Building at 2 Civic Centre Court (just south-east of the
Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall).

The department's West District operations at 2 Civic Centre Ct. include the
following services:

Building Division
- Customer Service
- Plan Review
- Inspections

City Planning Division
- Community Planning (including the Committee of Adjustment serving the
Etobicoke Community Council)
- Urban Design

Municipal Licensing and Standards Division
- Property Standards

The renovated building provides offices for UDS employees formerly at the
Etobicoke and York Civic Centres, except for Customer Service and Committee of
Adjustment staff serving the Humber York Community Council.

Customer Service and Committee of Adjustment staff for the Humber York
Community will remain at the York Civic Centre until March 10, 2003 when they
will move to 1652 Keele St.
