Design a poster contest for Grade 7 students: Two challenging themes
Grade 7 students are invited to enter a Design a Poster Contest, co-sponsored
by the Toronto Public Library, The Toronto Star and Brand New Planet.

The contest has two challenging themes to choose from. In an 8 ½" x 11" poster
design, students must interpret the meaning of either, "Diversity in Toronto"
or "Canadian Literature".

Each theme will have one first place prize and five honourable mention winners.
First prize will be $150 cash. Honourable mention winners will receive $50 and
a Toronto Star prize package.

Entries are limited to one poster per design category. All submissions must be
accompanied by a completed entry form available at all Toronto Public Library
branches, bookmobiles or on the Library's Web site at Kid's Space.

The contest runs from May 1 to 15 with winners announced on Thursday, June 19.
