Dine divinely at 80 Toronto restaurants during Winterlicious
  
Toronto Special Events - Following the outstanding success of Winterlicious and
Summerlicious in 2003, Toronto's restaurant promotion Winterlicious presented
by American Express returns January 30 through February 12 with an expanded
restaurant selection. This promotion is dedicated to shining the spotlight on
Toronto's hospitality industry.

Following in the successful footsteps of worldwide restaurant events in New
York, Chicago and Sydney, the program includes the participation of more than
80 of Toronto's finest restaurants. Each restaurant will offer a special prix
fixe menu where patrons can sample the establishment's famous fare. The prix
fixe menus price points are available at lunch and dinner and have one of two
price categories (some restriction may apply):

$10 or $20 lunch menus
$20 or $30 dinner menus

Lunch and dinner include an appetizer or soup or salad with an entrée and
dessert. Beverages, taxes and gratuity are not included.

Reservations for Winterlicious' prix fixe menus will be accepted starting on
January 12. American Express© Cardmembers automatically go to the Front of the
Line® to book a Winterlicious reservation beginning January 8, 2004 (to qualify
for early reservation period from January 8 to 12, 2004 purchase must be
charged in full to a valid American Express card. Offer is subject to
restaurant's seating availability). As if a great meal at a great price wasn't
enough, when American Express© Cardmembers use their card at participating
Winterlicious restaurants they'll receive a complimentary copy of Cuisine
Toronto 2004, a guide to the best Toronto restaurants as well as their chefs'
favourite recipes (while supplies last).

The excitement of Winterlicious expands this year with the addition of two new
program elements. Unique gala dinner packages at some of the participating
restaurants are coupled with rare experiences. Plus, Nathan Phillips Square
hosts a mouth-watering outdoor Winterlicious BBQ presented by American Express
on Sunday, February 8 from 12 to 6 p.m. with delicious grilled food from around
the world complemented by live music.

Dare to forget the weather at the party hosted by the world's coolest winter
city. Toronto's newest winter festival, WinterCity, built on the foundation of
the long-running WinterFest, creates a new tradition of winter revellry.
Running from January 30 - February 12, 2004, this 14-day celebration gives
