Fall into the best of Toronto culture, shopping and events with the City's new Entertainment Guide
Crisp, autumn air plus brightly coloured leaves equals a great new season of
excitement in Toronto. The Mayor's "Toronto: You Belong Here" task force will
keep you in the know with its first-ever Fall Entertainment Guide 2003. The
guide was bundled in today's issue of The Toronto Star. The Guide will also be
available at community centres, libraries and visitor information offices, and
can be downloaded from the "Toronto: You Belong Here" Web site,

The Entertainment Guide is your key resource for the best that the city has to
offer this fall. From great shopping and fine culture to special events and
festivals, Torontonians have an abundance of activities and destinations to
choose from.

"Toronto is one of the greatest cities in the world and that is apparent in
this great new guide. I want to encourage all Torontonians to get a copy of
this valuable guide and then get out and enjoy all the fabulous events,
attractions, shopping and cultural experiences our amazing city has to offer
this fall," said Mayor Mel Lastman.

The Entertainment Guide provides a detailed listing of great cultural
experiences in the city, including theatre, galleries, music and art. The Guide
also showcases the best of shopping in Toronto and fun festivals for the whole
family to enjoy. The Guide will help you navigate the many different shopping
districts in the city; no matter what you're looking for, you will find it in
one of Toronto's unique neighbourhoods or premier shopping malls. You also
won't want to miss the great festivals, fairs, parades and special events
happening in Toronto throughout the season.

Corporate partners in the "Toronto: You Belong Here" campaign include AirMiles,
McDonalds, Sears Travel, Bell Canada, VISA, Avis Rent A Car, TABIA (Toronto
Association of Business Improvement Areas), Eaton Centre, Telus Mobility, Tommy
Hilfiger, Partners Film Inc. and Toronto attractions.
