Media Advisory: Paramedics support children's charities at SkyDome on Monday|

Paramedics from Toronto Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will present a cheque
to the Richard Boustead Foundation for Children's Charities on Monday morning
at the Toronto Children's Breakfast Club Annual Christmas Party at SkyDome.
Toronto EMS paramedic Roberta Scott, representing the Toronto Paramedic
Association, and Bruce Farr, Chief of Toronto EMS, will present a cheque to
Mrs. Debbie Boustead for the Richard Boustead Foundation for Children's
Charities. Paramedics and other EMS staff raised the money at fundraising
events this fall.

The Richard Boustead Foundation for Children's Charities was established in
honour Rick Boustead, a veteran Toronto EMS paramedic and media relations
supervisor, who passed away July 1, 2002. The Richard Boustead Foundation for
Children's Charities contributes financial resources to non-profit
organizations that serve and benefit children, with an emphasis on health,
education and inner city services.
The Toronto Children's Breakfast Club, one of Rick's favourite charities, is
holding their annual Christmas Party for hundreds of area children at SkyDome
from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Members of the media are welcome to come at any time
during the party.
The Toronto Children's Breakfast Club is a non-profit charitable organization
that feeds an estimated 4,000 to 5,000 school age children from across the GTA
a hot and nutritious meal weekly and offers children social and intellectual
stimulation through recreational activities.
