A dynamic stage show closes out Sunday Serenades
Sunday Serenades presented by Scotiabank is a weekly summer concert series at Mel
Lastman Square. The series brings the smooth sounds of top-notch swing, big
band and jazz acts to a hot summer evening. Swing dance enthusiasts will have a
chance to dance under the stars at these free concerts. Sunday Serenades has
run every Sunday since July 6 from 7:30 to 9 p.m.

Closing out the Sunday Serenades season for 2003 will be The Fabulous Crooners,
a dynamic stage show celebrating the super-star male vocalists of the past
century. The group is headlined by the 14-member Galaxy All-Star Orchestra
directed by Eddie Graf and Ross Wooldridge, featuring some of Canada's best
musicians. The Fabulous Crooners showcase their vocal talents by performing the
music of Perry Como, Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett, Paul Anka and many more.
