Media Advisory: Toronto Fire Services and Toronto EMS issue blood drive challenge
  
Canadian Blood Services' supply of blood is now at dangerously low levels. In
order to help boost the supply, Toronto EMS Deputy Chief Norm Lambert and
Toronto Fire Chief Bill Stewart are challenging City of Toronto departments and
other city residents to organize or take part in scheduled blood donor clinics
and try to match or surpass the amount of blood donated by paramedics and fire
fighters at their clinic tomorrow.

The EMS/Fire clinic will take place on Friday, October 17, from 10 a.m. to 2
p.m. in the atrium of Emergency Services Headquarters (home to Fire and EMS),
4330 Dufferin St.

Time: 11 a.m. for photo opportunity of Chiefs giving blood
