Federal, provincial and municipal governments commit to clean air solutions at Smog Summit
Federal and provincial representatives, together with representatives of four
regional governments, nine towns and six cities across the GTA, will discuss
accomplishments and sign the Toronto and Region 2003 Inter-governmental
Declaration on Clean Air, setting the stage for ongoing dialogue and making
further commitments to smog and energy use solutions at the fourth annual Smog
