Toronto youth hit the ground running at 10th annual ball hockey tournament
  
Parks and Recreation - More than 900 youth and children will trade in
their skates for running shoes when they participate in Toronto Streets Buds, a
children and youth ball hockey tournament. Now in its tenth year, the event
brings together inner-city children and youth from community centres around
Toronto for a two-day ball hockey tournament.

Dates: Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23
Time: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Location: Better Living Centre at the CNE

The Toronto Street Buds program is operated by Parks and Recreation and
sponsored by the Toronto Maple Leafs, the National Hockey League and Esso. It
is co-sponsored by Councillor Chris Korwin-Kuczynski, Chair, City of Toronto
Special Events Committee and City Councillor, Ward 14, Parkdale-High Park.
