Media Advisory: Residents celebrate enhancement of Gord and Irene Risk Community Centre
Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti (Ward 7 York West) and representatives of the City of Toronto’s Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division will join community members to officially celebrate the enhancement of Gord and Irene Risk Community Centre with a ribbon cutting, children’s activities and community barbecue.

Date: Tuesday, October 2
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Gord and Irene Risk Community Centre, 2650 Finch Ave. W.

The community centre’s new features include renovated public washrooms, a re-designed and enlarged meeting room, and the re-configured multi-purpose room. The multi-purpose room features a hardwood sprung floor, built in sound system, storage space and mirrors.
