Media Advisory: “A TALE OF THREE CITIES” Affordable housing forum

Mayor David Miller will kick off an affordable housing public forum on June 28 that will include municipal experts from Vancouver, Montreal and Ottawa along with local stakeholders. The forum will generate ideas for Toronto’s Affordable Housing Framework for 2008-2018, which will be released this fall.

Date: Thursday, June 28
Time: 8:30 a.m. until noon
Location: Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.

The Framework will serve as a consultation paper for a more comprehensive affordable housing plan scheduled to be released in early 2008. Visit http://www.toronto.ca/affordablehousing for more information.
