Humber Sheppard Community Centre renamed in honour of Carmine Stefano
  
Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti (Ward 7 York West) and representatives of the City of Toronto’s Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division will join with members of the community to officially rename Humber Sheppard Community Centre to Carmine Stefano Community Centre. Stefano was a community leader who spent most of his time and efforts leading youth to reach their full potential in a positive and supportive environment through soccer.

Date: Thursday, August 16
Time: 6 to 8 p.m. (official remarks and sign unveiling at 6:45 p.m.)
Location: Carmine Stefano Community Centre, 3100 Weston Rd.

The community centre renaming event will include remarks from Councillor Mammoliti, an official ribbon-cutting ceremony and community barbeque.
