Media Advisory: Ellesmere Skateboard Park opens for extreme summer fun
Councillor Michael Thompson (Ward 37, Scarborough Centre) will join community members and representatives from City of Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation to officially open Ellesmere Skateboard Park.

Date: Saturday, July 28
Time: 1 p.m.
Location: Ellesmere Park (beside Ellesmere Community Centre)
20 Canadian Rd. (southeast corner of Warden and Ellesmere Avenues)

The new skateboard park provides a safe, but challenging recreation opportunity for youth skateboarders and rollerbladers, with a variety of ramps, benches and grades.
