Building and planning fees are changing
  
At its meeting on June 26, 27 and 28, 2001, City Council:
  • increased building and sign permit fees by 5 per cent, as of August 1, 2001
  • removed the maximum fee for Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval applications, as of July 1, 2001, and
  • approved a new fee of $105 for Routine Compliance Searches (Property Information Reports), as of August 1, 2001.
Council also will consider introducing preliminary zoning review
fees as of September 4, 2001.

Revised fee schedules will be available from Urban Development Services at
these locations:
  • City Hall, 100 Queen St. W., main floor
  • East York Civic Centre, 850 Coxwell Ave., third floor
  • Scarborough Civic Centre, 150 Borough Dr., third floor
  • North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge St., ground and first floors
  • York Civic Centre, 2700 Eglinton Ave. W., first and second floors
  • Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall, third floor
