Media Advisory: Mayor Mel and Mickey Mouse light up Toronto with 100,000 lights
With 100,000 twinkling lights, the best rink-rocking skating talent on the
scene, live music from some of Toronto's top musicians, illuminated street
theatre, the Toronto Christmas Market, plus giant projections and fireworks
from Disney's 100 Years of Magic celebration, this year's Cavalcade of Lights
presented by Scotiabank promises to be the hottest holiday event in Canada! And
it's all for free!

When: Friday, November 30, 5:30 to 11 p.m.

Program highlights:
5:30 p.m. The Swing Band of the Royals
6:30 p.m. Lighting of the Square with Mayor Mel and Mickey Mouse
7:00 p.m. Scotiabank Ice Spectacular featuring two-time Olympic
medallist pairs champions Isabelle Brasseur and Lloyd Eisler
7:20 p.m. Marrón Matizado
8:00 p.m. Scotiabank Ice Spectacular featuring Brasseur & Eisler
8:30 p.m. The Walt Disney World 100 Years of Magic Spectacular
8:50 p.m. The Mahones
9:30 p.m. Scotiabank Rocks the Rink! skating party
