Media Advisory: David Crombie and David Mirvish join forces in new Walks by the Water series - Historic Paths for a New Century

Toronto Culture Division -- David Crombie continues the popular Walks by the
Water series organized by the Waterfront Regeneration Trust and the City of
Toronto Culture Division. On this walk, September 23, David Mirvish and the
popular ROMwalkers will join Mr. Crombie on a tour that features John Street,
the street that never sleeps, running through the heart of the entertainment
district. John Street is the street where art, design, history and new media
converge to become a cultural promenade that links the city to the waterfront.

The walk will start at 1 p.m. in the northeast corner of Grange Park, behind
the Art Gallery of Ontario, 317 Dundas St. W. The walk will conclude at about 4
p.m., ending at Bobby Rosenfeld Park between SkyDome and the CN Tower.

For more information about the walks, call the Waterfront Regeneration Trust at
416-943-8080, extension 228.
