Media Advisory: GTA politicians to celebrate smoke-free dining bylaws
  
Toronto Public Health --- Politicians from across the Greater Toronto
Area are hosting a brunch tomorrow to celebrate smoke-free dining bylaws.

Peel, Brampton, Caledon, Mississauga, Toronto and York have joined forces to
promote the implementation of restaurant no-smoking bylaws throughout the GTA
beginning June 1, 2001.

The following individuals will be seated at a smoke-free "Table for Six" in
Union Station:

Joe Mihevc, Chair, Toronto Board of Health
Susan Fennell, Mayor, Brampton
Hazel McCallion, Mayor, Mississauga
Emil Kolb, Chair, Region of Peel
Bill Fisch, Chair, Regional Municipality of York
Ryan Hicks, Student Trustee, Toronto District School Board

Date: Tuesday, May 15
Time: 10 to 11 a.m.
Place: Union Station, VIA Concourse Level, Great Hall, 65 Front Street
West, Toronto
