City of Toronto to launch Young Women in Leadership Award in memory of Deputy Mayor Pam McConnell
  
Mayor John Tory will announce the launch of a new award to recognize young women's exceptional leadership in memory of Deputy Mayor Pam McConnell during a break of the 2018 Protégé program orientation tomorrow.

Date: Thursday, January 18
Time: 12:15 p.m.
Location: Toronto City Hall, 'A' Street Reception, 100 Queen St. W.
(the Protégé program orientation will be held in Committee Room 3)

The City's Protégé program provides mentorship opportunities for young women. More information about the Pam McConnell Young Women in Leadership Award will be available at https://www.toronto.ca/city-government/awards-tributes/awards/ after the announcement.
