Media Advisory - Mayor Miller is to make an important announcement | | | | |
When: 10 a.m. TODAY (Sept. 25, 2009)
Where: Mayor's Office, Second Floor, City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.
Media can begin setting up in the office at 9:30 a.m.
Those requiring access for a live feed can and should have their trucks and cabling in place up to the front of the mayor's office door prior to 9:30. This will allow for a smooth setup and 30 minutes for further setup.
PLEASE NOTE:
**Unfortunately, due to space restrictions, this event is open to recognized, accredited, working media and invited guests only. All efforts will be made to accommodate others in an overflow room. Regrettably, Mayor Miller will not be able to accommodate further interview requests today.**
