Christmas tree lighting at Scarborough Civic Centre
The City of Toronto is hosting a Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Scarborough Civic Centre on Thursday, December 1 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Councillor Glenn De Baeremaeker (Ward 38 Scarborough Centre) will act as master of ceremonies for this free, family-friendly event, which will feature:
• photos with Santa (bring a camera)
• free refreshments
• free arts and crafts for kids
• Story Time courtesy of the Scarborough Civic Centre library
• free ice skating (weather permitting), and
• a performance by the Toronto Children's Concert Choir & Performing Arts Company.
