Partial closure of Cherry Street Bridge

As of this evening, the northbound lane of the Cherry Street Bridge over the Keating Channel will be closed for emergency repairs to a damaged bridge plate. City staff are currently assessing needed repairs and will make all efforts to reopen the lane to southbound traffic as soon as possible.

Southbound traffic on the bridge will be maintained.

Don Roadway and Villers Street are alternative routes for traffic in this area.
