Two historic buildings to reopen at Todmorden Mills Heritage Site
Councillor Mary Fragedakis (Ward 29 Toronto-Danforth) will be joined by the restoration partners at the reopening of Todmorden Mills' Helliwell House and the Regency Cottage.

Date: Saturday, July 15
Time: Noon to 4 p.m. (remarks at 2 p.m.)
Location: Todmorden Mills Heritage Site, 67 Pottery Rd.

The completion of this project coincides with the 50th anniversary of the opening of Todmorden Mills as a heritage site in 1967. Visitors can explore the site's history from its beginnings as an industrial community in the late 1790s through the archival photography exhibition, Todmorden: Then & Now, which will be displayed until August 6. The exhibition is part of the City's TO Canada with Love program.

Toronto is Canada's largest city, the fourth largest in North America, and home to a diverse population of about 2.8 million people.
