Ribbon-cutting event for the newly renovated grounds at East York Civic Centre
Members of the community are invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated grounds at East York Civic Centre. The event will feature remarks from Councillor Mary Fragedakis (Ward 29 Toronto-Danforth), music by DJ Elegance, face painting and refreshments. Attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable food item as a donation to a local food bank.

Date: Saturday, October 29
Time: 2 to 4 p.m.
Location: East York Civic Centre Square, 850 Coxwell Ave.
Note: The event will take place inside if it is raining.
